How do I reset my PIN?
If you've forgotten your Parent PIN, you can reset it by signing out
and signing back in. During sign-in, you'll have the option to set a
new PIN.
How does pet evolution work?
Your adventurer's pet evolves based on "Perfect Days" - days when all
daily quests are completed. The pet goes through 7 stages: Egg,
Baby, Toddler, Youth, Juvenile, Teen, and Adult. Once evolved, the pet
never devolves!
Can I use Questory on multiple devices?
Yes! Questory syncs across all your devices. Simply sign in with the
same parent account on each device, and all your family's data will
be there.
How do I add another adventurer?
Open the Parent Dashboard (tap the lock icon and enter your PIN),
then scroll to "Manage Adventurers" and tap "Add New Adventurer."
Why aren't notifications working?
Make sure notifications are enabled in both the Questory app settings
AND your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Questory >
Notifications and ensure they're turned on.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at aj.flipdesign@gmail.com and we'll help you delete your
account and all associated data within 30 days.
Pro Tip: For the best experience, make sure you're
running the latest version of Questory from the App Store!
